How can one be felt to taste and to gain confidence with an Auto Repair Service Shop , if the shop personnel  cant communicate to us what our needs are ?

 It becomes difficult to diagnose a problem without the customer’s whole story of the conditions under which the faults occur… To explain the different repair scenes that can satisfy the different economic options that the client must know to fit his budget.       Would you trust a shop that does not have digitized information of the different vehicles and makes???? , since the great majority of the generic information available to the shop via computer and or Internet is in English.       Then that doesn’t pertain to us since we can perfectly communicate in the world wide language of the businesses community    >>>>    ENGLISH.
